About The Founder
A Note From Stefania Sigismondi
Hi! I'm Stefania Sigismondi, a typical student wishing to bring some sunshine into the world of menopause. Why am I doing this, you ask? Well, it all started with observing my older family members struggling through the mysteries of menopause without much information or guidance. Often, they mentioned how their daily lives have been altered due to this transition. I felt uninformed and simply incapable of relieving their stresses, yet they weren't keen on discussing it openly outside of the family. So here I am, on a quest to make menopause less of a taboo topic. With this website, I want to create a fun and informative space where women can laugh, learn, and share their menopausal adventures. I aim to create a platform for my loved ones and those who may be struggling to unite and learn from one another. I aspire to challenge and change the current stigma surrounding menopause. It's important to me that when I, - in the distant yet certain future - and others, go through this natural transition, it's seen as a topic we can discuss openly and without embarrassment. By fostering an environment of understanding and support, we can ensure that no one feels alone or misunderstood during menopause.
